Check out
Once you have made your selection, proceed to check out. You will be asked to enter your details, including e-mail, billing and shipping address. We need to have an e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you if there are any problems.
Payment
Payments are made by either PayPal or Google Checkout (read more here). You don't need to have an existing account with either of them, and can make direct payments from most of the popular cards including: Visa, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, and Maestro. We do not accept cheques or cash. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch. You may enter a different shipping address (e.g. work, or if it is for a gift) from the billing address.
Status
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed, and we are unable to cancel it once it has been dispatched. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues. Use the 'Log in' link in the top right hand corner to check the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account.

Delivery
All of our parcels are sent recorded require a signature on delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at your shipping address or have the parcel delivered to a work address. Alternatively our carriers will leave a note detailing that the parcel is at their depot local to you for collection.
Parcels being shipped to non UK addresses may have some slight delays due to the continuing Volcanic ash in UK airspace. We have been advised that where possible delays will be minimal and alternative routes and methods are being used. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
UK delivery - orders over £100 - free postage & packing to UK delivery addresses for all orders over £100

Rest of Europe delivery - £8
Rest of world delivery - £12
Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.
We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. During Postal strikes we will extend this to a 28 day returns period to allow for delivery delays.
Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return an item
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed. Please note, refunds can only be given to the original payer.
Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item.
